Working villager in my potato farm  despawns when im not near him. I know this bug got reported few versions back, but i found it in 1.17.1. I tried locking him in his job and he still despawned, then i have put name tag on him , he lasted a little longer but after a while he still despawned. I would appreciate if someone told me how to prevent it.
