      What I expected to happen was...:
      There should be coal ore instead of diamonds on the fossils

      What actually happened was...:
      Deepslate diamond ore is formed on fossils

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Find desert or swamp terrain in 1.18
      2. Diamonds were formed on fossils in these terrain above Y0
      3. Some fossils will form normally
