I search if there is an other report but i found nothing

during test for a datapack, i found the evoker fangs and want to do a custom attack with it and i would try if in peaceful, i can take any damage by it and yes

I ( and think other ) can take damage by evoker fangs in peaceful.

What I expected to happen was...:
I think i cant take damage by fangs in peaceful mode

What actually happened was...:
i take damage ( and lot ) by fangs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You need to have permissions for do /summon
2. Be in survival mode
3. Do /summon evoker_fangs ~ ~ ~

You can do that at other player location by /execute at <player/entity/pos> run summon evoker fangs ~ ~ ~
