ACTUALLY 1.16.5. Is it intentional that I can't select old versions? Repeated on 1.17.1 - pid3144. Attached: three random error logs of the same crash. pid3552 most recent
When OBS is open, Minecraft crashes. Minecraft can be open before or opened after and it still crashes. It is vanilla. Crashes in single player or with multiplayer server (server has plugins).
It worked a couple of days ago with no problem, but now it is basically an instant crash no matter what. Crashes with 2 GB (default) and 4GB max allocated.
It seems it could be a CPU issue, but my laptop does have high specs. It sometimes maxes out at 100% CPU, but each program on it's own when not running side-by-side should not total to be maxing out the CPU. It doesn't lag and then crash - it is instantaneous upon alt-tabbing in and out of the window. Fullscreen, and not fullscreen.
Essentially, when OBS uses "Game Capture" to capture the window, it crashes. I can't figure out why, because it worked once and then not again. Same problem with fresh install of Minecraft, although I did notice it survived for a couple of seconds before crashing on the first time.
