I'm unable to download a backup of my Realm. This issue has persisted for months, despite numerous troubleshooting efforts. This includes multiple operating systems, ISPs, disabling all datapacks, and all other relevant suggestions made by the support team. It is Helpdesk Ticket #2466076.

The specific issue is that the download is guaranteed to fail at some point. During the download process, the text showing the download speed constantly flickers, and the speed seems to cap out at exactly 1000 KB/s, but spends the majority of its time at below 200KB/s. The closest I have gotten is 82.5% downloaded, but normally it fails before 20%. Since it is capping at such a low speed, these download attempts usually take hours. I'm currently trying to download it again and am experiencing something slightly new. At ~2% it said Download Failed, but the text is in a different spot (where it typically says Downloading) and has kept the white text color instead of the red it normally goes to. Alongside this, the download is continuing.
