The Bug:

You cannot use the scroll bar in the realms world backups menu by dragging it.

Please note that you must own, or previously have owned a realm and currently have several world backups available in order to reproduce this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the minecraft realms menu.
2. Click on your realm and click the "configure realm" button.
3. Now click on the "world backups" button.
4. Attempt to use the scroll bar by dragging it.
5. Take note as to whether or not you can use the scroll bar in the realms world backups menu by dragging it.

Observed Behavior:

You cannot use the scroll bar by dragging it.

Expected Behavior:

You would be able to use the scroll bar by dragging it.
