The Bug:

The hide and show messages buttons in the social interactions menu display their hover text regardless of the position of the cursor.

This issue is inconsistent with buttons within other menus. For example, navigate to your video settings and focus the "Graphics" button through the use of the TAB key and notice how the button's hover text is only displayed if the cursor is held over the button.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Join a multiplayer or LAN world with at least two or more players currently logged in.
• Open up the social interactions menu.
• Hit the TAB key five times in order to focus the hide/show messages button.
• Move your cursor around and watch it closely.

Observed Behavior:

The hide and show messages buttons in the social interactions menu display their hover text regardless of the position of the cursor.

Expected Behavior:

The hide and show messages buttons in the social interactions menu would not display their hover text when the cursor is not held over them.
