End Obsidian Spires did not generate

      Upon loading into The End none of the obsidian nor the end crystals generated. The main island itself did seem to generate as per normal. Loading into the outer End islands also seems to be just fine. Video attached showing the barren island. Affected version is the 1.18 experimental 2
