I'm trying to build a java server but it gives a JNI error

      The server files have the logs folder, the eula(the eula is accepted), the run.bat file, the server.jar, and the server.properties, but when I start the run file (or the server file) again, it throws a JNI error.
      The version of java is 1.8.0_301
