It is possible for a player to place a block on their face if they place a block in front of a fence while standing right in front of it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place fences that is 2 blocks tall.
2. Stand right in front of it.
3. place a block where your face would be.
4. Observe the fact that you are in the block.
