I got this game for the first time yesterday (7/31/2021) and installed it. Every time I try to open it from the launcher I'm getting "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashes. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Exit Code: 0"
I've been trying to fix this since last night when I got the game. I've googled every possible solution and nothing has helped.
So far I've:
Windows Update - did it, like 9 times, its updated
Graphics Card Drivers - Updated, checked multiple times, still updated (Have NVidia GeForce RTX 2060 - version 471.41)
Tried the suggestions of downloading/installing Java (did both 8 and 16 as suggested) - also uninstalled and reinstalled, MULTIPLE TIMES.
Fiddled with settings to make sure game settings were turned off, overlays were turned off, my firewalls/anti-virus/etc all disabled, also reenabled them.
Restarted numerous times my whole computer.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game at least 10 times, also got extra software to make sure it was fully removed from the system.
I know there is a resolved thing from 2017 with this error code, but my NVidia drivers are well past the suggested driver update on that report.
I got with NVidia and they had me completely uninstall and reinstall my drivers with a clean install, and still getting this error. I got the exit code from the launcher settings selecting "Open output log when Minecraft: Java Edition starts" since it always would give me error code 0 on the error on the actual launcher.
I've also tried selecting in the launcher settings "use beta version of launcher" and "disable hardware acceleration".
I've attached the game logs I've gotten. Gamelog 1.17 is trying to roll back one, still got the same exit code, game log1 & 2 are after I reinstalled my drivers. the other image i included was typically what I got every time.
