I just bought a new PC and when I try and run Minecraft 1.17 or 1.17.1 the program just randomly stops/crashes. It even stops logging. I'm including my DxDiag and the latest.log. It seems to happen when render distance is above 8 blocks, but I can't be sure.
I've tried:
- Reinstalling my Nvidia drivers for my GeForce GT 1030
- Reinstalling Minecraft
- Running a different JVM
Note that this does NOT happen with 1.16.5.
Update - got the following error code on a recent try running it after making some updates:
