In the seed 2750651199325944669 a mineshaft can be found at -137, 6, 652. This specific part of the abandoned mineshaft is below y=11, but despite that it is not filled with lava, instead it is an air pocket. I don't think it's that big an issue considering the next update will lower the bottom of the world, but it's probably good to know in case the problem persists.
