Reproduction:

• Place a propulsion rail powered by a redstone torch in a normal rail path
• Get in a wagon to travel the rails (put an entity like a villager also walks)
• The wagon passes over the propulsion rail and begins to "wiggle" as if a player is trying to break the wagon.
• The entity in the wagon is ejected and the wagon continues on its way without its passenger
