In my minecraft server (run using papermc on shokebyte) and in singleplayer worlds when i put a barrier and light block in my offhand it doesnt show the barriers or the light blocks, only shows them in my main hand and i was always using this in 1.16.4 with barriers and it was removed .

in the screenshot there is a light block right in front of me and it isnt working
