My creeper farm doesn't work, despite being fully correct. I replicated the spawning conditions in a glass world. The two chambers are exactly the same, the one and only notable difference is the location. in one chamber, it's crowded with creepers and bats, in the other, none, desolate, nothing at all, not even bats.
