Visual inventory glitch

In any of my worlds that I am in creative, in the survival inventory it doesn't show the proper texture. This only effects the creative mode survival inventory. I am not sure what has caused this bug and I'm not sure on how to replicate it. This visual bug is in multiple worlds.
