I was testing out the new 1.18 test version for a few hours and I noticed my computer was getting very hot I went to check the temperature and it measured from 85 degrees C and rose to a maximum temperature of 88 so I turned on my cooling pad, about half an hour later I smelled burning plastic and shut down Minecraft and later noticed my computer wasn't charging and upon touching my power brick it was very hot and smelled of said burning plastic and now my charger no longer works.
