I explore a cave near the chunks of my home one day and I found dozens of mobs that probably had been there for ages and every single one of them just held a chicken egg/glow squid sack that produced by the chickens that spawned/ glow squids that died underground.

This has caused significant issues to the performance of my game and decreased the production a nearby mob farm.

Please fix this issue immediately cause I think it would be even more significant when large caves are released in 1.18
