This really isn't a bug, but it is a typo, in 1.17 and the 1.18 experimental version, not sure about other versions though, I found a lot of typos, instead of there being one colon in places where there SHOULD BE one colon, there are 2, for example, instead of it being (Allow Cheats: On/Off), it is (Allow Cheats:: On/Off). As you can see there are two colons.
