I started getting slightly white overlay on Minecraft pictures like Resource Packs, Server Pictures, And Singleplayer world. when I first went to the experimental 1.18 version then into 1.17 optifine then I went and downloaded a 1.8.9 texture pack of 1.16 I played with it on optifine 1.8.9 so I can have the parry thing and then I closed Minecraft opened it again in 1.17 optifine and it was like this (look down below)
