push items and players against wall by water. simply use shulker box + lava to do it.
players are not able to pick up stopped items, but can pick up flowing items.

if the player moves, then item recognizes player and can be picked up.

same setup bug confirmed at 1.17 , 1.17.1, 1.17.1 pre releases.
