The Bug:

Decorations can get cut off or generate floating when intersecting the generation of nether fortresses.

Just for clarification reasons, decoration blocks are blocks such as nether sprouts, warped roots, crimson roots, crimson fungus, fire, soul fire, etc...

Here is an example:

Seed: 10043006
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @s -911.17 64.89 135.49 -1658.17 38.10

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
2. Look closely at the generation of the nether fortress and how nearby decorations intersect it.
3. Take note as to whether or not decorations can get cut off or generate floating when intersecting the generation of nether fortresses.

Observed Behavior:

Decorations can get cut off or generate floating.

Expected Behavior:

Decorations would not get cut off or generate floating.
