Minecraft Servers do not want to work

      Hi. I was trying to log in o Hypixel after getting Minecraft but it keeps saying that the servers are down for maintenance.  have tried to log into Hypixel for 2 days now. Can you help me? Also, this is for 1.8.9, not 1.17.1. 1.17.1 was the only version that showed up on thing so I put it.
