horse on stairs display jitters

      I am running Win10 Pro on a Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite AX with Core i7-10700F processor and Nvidia RTX3060. When riding a horse up or down stairs the horse display jitters as if the horse is stumbling. IOW there is no smooth movement.
