My friend has tried re-opening mc and stuff, anything to try and go on my realm but it pops up with the image shown down below. Its been a few days and it still shows up, he has parental consent so it appears to be a bug. He tried restarting launcher multiple times, it's not happening to me, only to him. He tried pressing update account, has parental consent, I do not know how to help him fix the issue.
