When the player falls at cobwebs and berry bushes, the game plays the fall damage sound but the player doesn't get any damage, it only occurs at certain heights:

Applies on 20, 23, 25, 28, 30, 32, ... , blocks above when inside the cobweb / bush.

How to reproduce

1. Put a cobweb or berry bush below you and be sure you're on survival.
2. /tp ~ ~20 ~
3. Fall damage sound plays.
4. /tp ~ ~21 ~
5. Fall damage sound doesn't play.
