So whenever I try to make a world on Minecraft Java on 1.17 and it loads up to 100% it says "loading world" for few seconds and after it says "saving world" and it can stay like that forever (I left it like that for 30 mins and nothing happened) but whenever I click my mouse, I see the blue loading circle on my cursor and after a while it says "Java Platform SE binary is not responding" and I can choose if I want to close it or wait and if I wait it will load for a while and it will show the same not responding screen again.

I have my graphics driver updated!
