Dripstone Generating in water above ground

    • only used optifine when loading the game which shouldnt of change generation at all
    • Unconfirmed

      occasionally when creating a new world dripstone blocks will generate within water pools, lakes, or rivers above ground which I believe isn't supposed to happen. a simple fix would either not allow it to spawn in water or allow it too but change the minimum Hight to generate lower
