This problem involves dual monitors where when my game is being played in fullscreen and I pause and turn off my monitors when I go to turn them back on, the game can not return to full screen. The game will turn invisible when I press F11 almost like it traveled to somewhere invisible or just can't be displayed. I performed constant amounts of testing and determined that this bug only occurs after 1.13.2, beginning in 1.14 and every version past it. I have not had this issue forever and it used to function perfectly fine in 1.15.2, but now it does not. I've included a clip of it working correctly in 1.13.2 as well as a clip of it performing incorrectly in 1.14. I'm not sure exactly how you can recreate the problem as I don't see a ton of people having trouble with it. Videos had to be trimmed for file size limitations, but if needed I can provide more examples.
