Okay, so I'm just going to confess; I'm not currently playing the latest version so this could've already been fixed (It just won't let me input 1.16.5 even if its counter intuitive), but I was wandering around in the nether on a strider when I walked into a to a low ceiling and started to suffocate. I managed to break myself free, however when I did I continued to take suffocation damage despite my player camera indicating I was in the clear. Unfortunately this all happened too suddenly to get evidence.
