Sometimes when you throw a item on the ground and pick it back up it leaves your inventory slot empty

      The bug

      Since 1.17.1-pre1 when you throw an item and pick it back up the item count won't update.
      For example: You have 4 diamonds and throw one on the ground and pick it back up but still only have 3.

      Only when you reopen the world or update your inventory, e.g. by clicking on the item stack, the item count is updated.
