Piglins don't become aggressive when you shoot them with an arrow or a snowball from a distance

      The Bug

      Piglins do not become aggressive when you shoot them with an arrow from more than 16 blocks away. The snowball with player UUID also doesn't make them angry.

      Expected Result
      They should become aggressive, just like they did in 1.16-1.16.5
      Observed Result
      They do not become angry.
