I enter my world and see some chunks doesn't loaded. I wait few minutes but still only few chunks are loaded. Items dropped near to unloadeds chunks start jumping, and i can't pick them up. Also i playing in a server and when i disconnect or join minigame it's benn a big lag.

Please fix this!!!
