I just made a new skin, so I go in the launcher and put it on, (it said that it successfully put on the skin), so I then go and open minecraft, i join a single player game and it just showed me as a steve skin instead of the skin I made, I also went to join my friends realm to make sure it wasn't just single player, and I was still a steve skin.
