Edit 2: SOLVED! Woo! We ran it as administrator and it worked !

Edit: I wrote this originally thinking she only couldnt join multiplayer. Before submitting, I just (somehow) found out she couldn't join singleplayer either. My apologies if some parts are worded weird.

I am filing this bug for my girlfriend. I don't have access to her computer, but I can ask for things.

When joining a realm or server, it loads for a minute saying "Joining World" and crashes. The crash report says "ERROR - Game Crashed - an unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience - Exit Code : 0 - Close "

We're not sure what to do, but I believe this started after the 1.17 update. (not fully sure, but she has not been able to log into any servers/worlds afterward)

She has tried on Lunar Client, Badlion Client, and the normal Minecraft launcher.

She does have mods on her computer, but I dont think she's used any recently.

She has:

Restarted Minecraft (on all clients/launchers)

Restarted her Computer

Updated Java

Deleted and Reinstalled 64x Java (this deleted all her worlds </3)

Checked her storage (she has plenty of space)

Updated/Downloaded the recommended graphics driver update. (It turned her screen black, to which she had to restart her computer. She still could not join servers/realms/worlds.)

Downloaded a different graphics driver update. It was listed in the same category as the previous, I joined a discord and was instructed to do this.

That did not work either.
