If you start typing a command like /give @p minecraft:acacia_button, when you type the "minecraft" part if you hover over some of the suggestions, when you go to type again the text it thinks you are going to type flickers between two options. This is usually a minor issue but if your GUI scale is really big it causes it to flicker if you don't even move your mouse.
