I baught minecraft I dowload It but than I presse play it doesn't work

I thought when I will presse play the game will be started

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I baught minecraft
2. Later, I went to your email I create an account
3. After it was written: dowload :

4. I presse the first(windows)
5.I came to a page minecraft.exe (the attachement)
