Hi,

I purchased Java Minecraft Java Edition for my child.   I downloaded the software but when i try to launch it i get only the following issue attached.

I just purchased it on 06/15/2021 so it's the latest edition.

Also to note: I did purchase a Nintendo Minecraft version and a Mobile phone version.

I'm not sure if trying to cross connect with the other platforms caused this issue.
