      A fresh "obtained" ominous banner is called:

      minecraft:white_banner

      NBT: 3 tag(s)

       

      After beeing placed and picked up again they change to

      [List of 6 attributes] see screenshot

      minecraft:white_banner

      NBT: 2 tag(s)

       

      They require a new inventory slot. Also sorters may fail because of this.
