This is not a duplicate of 225505 as I do not have an issue running a 1.16 server.  A 1.16 server starts up with no issues. (will provide screen shots it requested)

When I run "java -jar minecraft_server.1.17.jar" I get the following:

If a 1.16 server runs normally, shouldn't 1.17 do the same?
