Axolotls empty bucket of tropical fish even in creative mode.

      When breeding axolotls in Minecraft 1.17 they will still cause the bucket of tropical fish to become a bucket of water unlike how when breeding cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens they will not consume the wheat/carrots/seeds.
