I loaded into my 1.16.5 created hardcore world and the chunks will not load. All I have is my inventory, my character slowly able to move, an item frame (and map), and air.

I am in creative in the screenshot because I wanted to see if I could do anything since I could barely move without flying. The roof and floor are still there, but it says "Chunk loading".

Re logging does not fix.
