Creeper has turtle textures

While I playing in a world I came across a creeper with a messed up texture. I assume they are the turtle texture. Then I realized it was a constant thing. I spawned it in a new world and got the same thing. The Og world only had drowning off and keep inventory. The new world was the default. (The Og has the turtle in it)
