My minecraft looks like assets were like broken and it is almost unplayable because of this visual bug can somebody help me fix it

      it looks like the textures are like cursed? or broken  I wanted to play but this bug made the game unplayable almost i couldnt see my health or hunger it showed all types of hearts like poisoned animal hearts an i just wanted help to play does anybody know how to solve this?
