Trying to update a world from 1.16.5 or lower will not provide the usual "World was saved in older version, please create a backup" It simply loads the world with no prompt.

To Reproduce:
1. Create a world in 1.16.5 or older
2. Try to load said world in 1.17
3.Notice how there is no prompt to create a backup
