World backup screen does not show up when opening a world in 1.17 from 1.16.5

      Whenever you open a 1.16 world in 1.17, no option to back up your world appears.

       

      Reproduce:

      Make a world in 1.16

      Open 1.17

      Open that world in 1.17.

      No option to backup world will appear
