Bucket of Tropical Fish and Axolotl Cant spawn variants like spawn eggs

      Hey, so when i spawn tropical fish and axolotl using buckets they were set to variant 0. It's a creative mode bug actually (not a big deal i can pull a spawn egg instead). But just wanted to know if this is on purpose or its a unintentional technical problem. Please review this and Thank you
