The advancement trigger "used_item" doesn't detect the usage of a carrot or warped fungus on a stick

Reproduce

• Use the attached data pack (courtesy of TriWonder81) Using item test.zip
• Use a spyglass, bow, crossbow etc.
  Notice a message is displayed in chat
• Get a strider or pig
• Saddle them
• Use a warped fungus/carrot on a stick on them while riding them
  Notice no message is displayed in chat

Note

While using a carrot/warped fungus on a stick isn't a continual usage like the spyglass adding these items to the trigger could potentially help fix MC-183764
