As absorption hearts appear changed when the wither effect is active, the same or similar would be expected for being frozen. However, this does not happen, and they remain unchanged.

It would be preferable for absorption hearts to have a dedicated frozen texture, rather than reusing the normal frozen heart texture (see also MC-207252), and for withered and poisoned absorption hearts to also have a unique texture.
